The course is set in a wonderul landscape with one of the largest pine forests of the area being right on the doorstep and also being surrounded by an Orange and Lemon plantation makes this a lovely location. Lo Romero Golf is situated close to the town of Pilar de la Horadada on border of Alicante and the Murcia Province.

Lo Romero is a new course which opened in January 2008. It is an 18 hole, par 72 course. With Lo Romero being a traditionally styled course it makes it very`playable for all levels of golfer. Whilst on the course all clubs will be needed at some point which indicates the diversity of the course here. It´s original and interesting greens are smooth and easy to read alongside wide fairways. The 18th hole "The Island" 731m2 with the tee on high, makes this both stimulating and demanding for the player. This hole is the signature of this course.
